Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and process export documentation (e.g., air waybills, export declarations, certificates of origin)
• Ensure compliance with TSA, U.S. Customs, and international shipping regulations
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and airlines to manage shipment status
• Track and update shipment progress in logistics systems
• Resolve issues related to delays, documentation, or customs clearance
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and export regulations
• Familiarity with air cargo procedures and customs clearance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
