The ideal candidate is commercially driven, with a customer-first mentality, self-motivated, and willing to go above and beyond to get the work done. The primary task is to service and grow with existing customers, and attract new bill to codes. Main support will be the carrier sales team.

Main tasks:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to oversee a team of 6-12 within the next year.
• Grow the Share of Wallet with existing accounts
• Pursue new customers and bill to codes
• Provide top-notch customer service and professional Account Management
• Manage day-to-day shipments supported by an operations team
• Help elevate the overall service levels and service expectations in the branch by “setting the standard”
• Mentor and support team members to help elevate them
• Help improve processes and tools
