What You'll Do:

• Spearhead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring flawless financial performance
• Expertly manage multiple survey crews, optimizing their productivity and efficiency
• Effectively delegate tasks to surveying office personnel, empowering them to excel
• Foster strong relationships with engineers, clients, and industry regulators
• Identify new project opportunities and nurture valuable client partnerships
• Assist with crucial business planning, marketing, and strategic initiatives
• Promote a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of diverse land surveying experience (Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout, Topographic)
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (preferred)
• A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
