Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume quick service restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Manage labor and food costs through effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales
- Recruit, hire, and develop team members, creating a pipeline for internal growth and leadership development
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and engage with guests
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations, leading teams, and achieving financial targets
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control
