(We are looking for all 3 roles) BIM Manager / BIM Specialist III / Company REVIT Trainer
Location: 100% Remote
Industry: Structural Engineering Firm
Compensation: $70,000 – $135,000+ (Based on expertise and flexible for an amazing candidate)
Position Summary
We are looking for a BIM Specialist III to serve as the "BIM Conductor" for our national precast division. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on digital transformation. You will be responsible for moving the needle on company-wide standards, creating "smart" Revit content, and mentoring a team of engineers as they transition from legacy AutoCAD workflows into a robust BIM environment.
Key Responsibilities

Standards & Protocols: Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company-wide Revit templates.

Training & Mentorship: Lead training sessions for junior staff and senior engineers to improve Revit literacy across the organization.

Family Creation: Act as the subject matter expert for building complex, parametric Revit families and smart components.

Advanced Coordination: Lead weekly clash detection meetings using Navisworks and manage the "Federated Model" across multiple disciplines.

Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies, including potential automation via Python or Revit APIs.
Requirements

Revit Expert: 8+ years of experience with a deep understanding of the software's backend, including family creation and template management.

Coordination Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary BIM coordination via Navisworks, ACC, and Trimble Connect.

Training Background: Experience leading internal training or acting as a "go-to" BIM Manager in a previous role.

The "Unicorn" Factor: Experience in Precast Concrete or high-detail manufacturing (LOD 400) is highly preferred but not required for a true Revit powerhouse.
