Temporary, Hands-On Controller – Partner Directly with Supportive, Flexible Ownership
Elevate is partnering with a growing company with multiple entities to identify an experienced Controller to help stabilize and improve its accounting function. The business has outgrown its current bookkeeping structure and needs a hands-on leader to clean up the books, standardize processes, and make financial reporting more efficient and accessible.
This consulting role will involve organizing and reconciling the books across all entities, evaluating current accounting workflows, and implementing appropriate controls. This individual will develop standard operating procedures, streamline month-end close, and improve accounts payable and receivable processes. This person will also focus on making financial reporting accurate and timely, providing the ownership team with clear insights into the performance of each business.
This is a really nice opportunity for someone who has experience assessing and improving accounting processes and reporting. The owners are great people who give their employees great flexibility – this consulting project can be a hybrid schedule if that is what the individual prefers.
