Compensation: $180,000 – $202,000 + 25% target bonus

What You’ll Do
This role leads Environmental Health & Safety across multiple U.S. locations, driving strategy, culture, and compliance in a manufacturing environment. Other responsibilities of this position include:
- Lead and execute EHS strategy across multi-site, regional operations
- Drive a culture of safety ownership, accountability, and engagement at all levels
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety standards
- Develop and implement safety programs to prevent incidents and mitigate risk
- Analyze safety data, trends, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Conduct site audits and assessments to ensure safe operations and compliance
- Partner with leadership to advise on EHS risks, strategy, and performance
- Lead, mentor, and align regional EHS teams across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of EHS experience (flexible for high-impact candidates)
- Strong background in manufacturing safety (required)
- Experience leading multi-site or regional EHS programs
- Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to drive safety culture and influence across all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High-energy, self-driven leader with a “builder” mindset
- Ability to travel: 20–25%
