Business Unit Director
The Business Unit Director will lead and support the Raleigh, NC region working collaboratively across different departments. This position will focus on achieving KPI’s such as strategy, profitability, operational effectiveness, team leadership, and business development.
The Business Unit Director role will require leadership, strategic thinking, operational acumen, and stakeholder management skills to drive regional success.
Key Roles of the Business Unit Director:
The Business Unit Director is responsible for the region’s client relationships management, risk management and compliance, regional performance reporting and communication, continuous improvement and innovation, community and stakeholder engagement.

The Business Unit Director will report directly to the Regional General Manager. A regular presence in Fessler & Bowman’s Raleigh, NC office is required for this position, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Occasional travel of up to 30% will be required for this role for visiting job sites and other office locations.
