The Office Administrator Position
The Office Administrator is a multi-faceted role responsible for supporting both financial and sales-related activities within the office. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Candidates for this role must be comfortable interacting with clients, work well in a team environment and able to keep up with the ever-changing environment of the office.
Additional responsibilities include managing delinquent accounts, communicating with account managers, daily collections, handling cash receipts and bank deposits, accounts receivable, filing documents, month/year end accounting duties, preparing customer invoices, customer service and order support, and reviewing credit applications.
