Addressable TV - Agency Sales Director
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid - 3x week in office requirement
Our client is a prominent audience platform that leverages consumer transactional data to assist brands and agencies in enhancing their marketing strategies. This platform offers services including audience targeting, data enrichment, and predictive modeling to help businesses identify and engage the right customers, ultimately improving their marketing outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Addressable TV Agency Sales Director who will be a key contributor to their continued expansion in linear, addressable, and connected TV. This high-visibility role requires the successful candidate to grow and develop strategic relationships across all Hold Co's and Independent TV buying agencies and to promote their audiences for targeting and planning. This position is focused on developing relationships with these TV buyers to create and implement a sales plan to exceed budgeted revenue goals.
About you:
· 5-7 years’ experience in addressable TV and audience driven planning
· Full understanding of the current TV advertising industry from CTV to DDL and beyond.
· Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with TV agencies, publishers, platforms, and brands
· You have an existing network across innovation and investment teams at advertising agencies that work on TV media budgets.
· You bring quota-carrying sales experience in a revenue impacting capacity within the TV industry and familiarity with data sales.
Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 Base salary plus competitive commission plan
