Spirehouse is working with an established Liverpool law firm to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for their friendly team.

This is a permanent and full-time role but our client would also consider part-time workers.

The Role

You would be responsible for a varied caseload which will include sales, acquisitions, development agreements and preparing and negotiating leases.

You will take matters through from initial contact to completion and you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required.

The firm are seeking someone who is consistently passionate about the client experience and can maintain high standards of client care.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement is 3 years' PQE experience 
• Technically competent solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge
• Practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and can assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
