Spirehouse are partnered with an established and well‑regarded law firm in West Lancashire who are looking to appoint a Property Solicitor to join its thriving Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in commercial property work, but the firm will also consider residential property solicitors who are keen to retrain into commercial. Full support and mentoring will be provided for those making the transition.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, which may include:

• Sales & acquisitions
• Leases and lease renewals
• Landlord & tenant work
• Development matters
• Commercial refinancing
• General commercial conveyancing support to local businesses and investors

You’ll be joining a close‑knit, friendly team known for delivering high‑quality client service and building long‑standing local relationships.

What They’re Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in commercial property or a background in residential conveyancing with a genuine interest in retraining
• Strong client‑facing skills and a proactive, positive approach
• Ability to manage files independently (with supervision where required)
