Residential Conveyancer sought for an established Dorset law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with an established Dorset law firm to recruit a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive for their well-established and friendly team.

The Role

You will be responsible for a full caseload and be an intricate part of the property team. There will be a varied caseload including sales and purchases of residential properties, plot sales, transfers of equity, new builds, remortgages and property finance and easements.

This will be a hands-on role working within a supportive environment offering career progression with a route to Partnership for the right person.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement is 2 years' experience running your own files independently. 
• Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives are all encouraged to apply
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience of IT and case management systems
• Working within a target driven environment
