Spirehouse are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on behalf of a leading law firm in York. 

The Opportunity: 

The successful candidate will work as part of a successful team within the residential property department handling a varied caseload. You will be responsible for running your own files from start to finish, with secretarial support. The case management system being used is LEAP. 

This position is open to applicants seeking either a four-day or five-day work week, and the salary will be dependent on the candidate’s experience.  

The role is on a hybrid basis as some office attendance is necessary.

Requirements: 

• Minimum requirement is 2 years' experience running your own files independently. 
• Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives are all encouraged to apply
• Commercial conveyancing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
