The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a respected firm with a strong presence across the Midlands and Home Counties to appoint a Head of Corporate and Commercial.

The firm, who offer a supportive and down-to-earth culture, are looking to appoint an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner level individual.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for managing the department, driving growth, mentoring junior lawyers, whilst maintaining and developing strong client relationships.

This opportunity is well-suited to an experienced Head of/Partner seeking a lateral move with genuine equity prospects, or an ambitious Senior Solicitor who is suited to a Partner level move.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Existing or prior experience in a Partner or Senior Leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing a successful legal practice

Ambitious Senior Solicitors with 5+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law are also encouraged to apply.
