Head of Private Client sought for a Cotswolds law firm.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse is working with a long-standing and well respected firm with a strong presence across the Cotswolds to recruit an experienced Solicitor to lead their multi-site Private Client offering.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for managing the department, mentoring junior lawyers, and maintaining and developing strong relationships throughout the local communities.

Alongside leading the team, you will handle a varied caseload of private client work (will drafting, Powers of Attorney, estate administration etc) with a focus on IHT/CGT planning for HNWI’s.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years’ PQE in private client law.
• Proven track record of leading teams.
• STEP qualification or progress towards is highly desirable
