The Opportunity:

Spirehouse are currently working with a well-established high-street law firm with modern working practices and a strong presence across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role will operate on a hybrid working basis and is an exciting opportunity to become part of an experienced and longstanding team.

You will focus on contributing to the firm's growth by maintaining strong relationships, handling complex matters and providing expert advice to clients.

This can be a lateral movement for a current Partner, or with a view of working towards Partnership for a suitable party.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property law.
• Experience with section 106s, option agreements, and landowner's agreements.
