Location: Fort Wayne, IN (or travel to Fort Wayne but located locally to Indianapolis, IN)

Travel: 25-50%

Compensation: $179,000 – $223,000 base salary + executive-level bonus

We are seeking an experienced treasury leader to serve as the company’s first-ever Treasurer. This executive-level role will take full ownership of cash, capital structure, debt strategy, and banking relationships. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Treasurer will lead capital planning efforts and optimize the company’s financial infrastructure while ensuring scalable support for long-term growth.

This is an ideal position for a capital markets-savvy finance executive who enjoys both strategic planning and external-facing relationship management. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the function while building the systems, tools, and team necessary to support treasury and funding excellence.

What You Bring

• Treasury leadership experience (e.g. Director of Treasury, VP of Finance with capital exposure)
• Comfortable managing both internal teams and external financial partners
• Experience with capital strategy, debt/equity structuring, swaps, and credit facility management
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities with lenders and executives

Preferred:

• Treasurer or VP of Finance with full treasury ownership
• Controller with meaningful treasury oversight
• Experience managing large syndicated credit facilities or leading capital raises
• Strategic, externally oriented, and confident in executive settings
• Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

What You’ll Do

• Manage all banking relationships, including a 10-bank credit syndicate
• Lead the company’s capital allocation strategy and debt structure
• Oversee credit and collections, working capital optimization, and treasury operations
• Evaluate funding opportunities, including mezzanine debt, structured loans, or equity financing
• Partner with the CFO to develop long-term capital plans and lender communications
• Build and mentor a treasury team, with an initial staff of five (AR, invoicing, credit), and potential to hire a Treasury Analyst
