Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
- OTE Potential: $180,000 (Year 1), $280,000 (Year 3), $380,000+ (Year 5)
- Commission: 40% on new business, 25% residuals on renewals
- Top Performance: Last year’s highest producer exceeded $850,000, with two others surpassing $500,000
- Incentives: Additional first-year performance-based incentives may apply

What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in employee benefits, payroll, HCM, or a related field
- Strong network of industry contacts and ability to develop referral relationships
- Proven success selling to HR and finance decision-makers in mid-market companies
- Ability to travel within your territory – mostly day trips with occasional overnight travel required.
- Hunter mentality—self-starter with the drive to generate and close new business
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License preferred but not required if relevant experience is present
- Ability to work independently while leveraging internal support teams
