This role combines estimating, consultative sales, and full project ownership. You’ll develop new reroofing opportunities, assess roof conditions, prepare estimates, manage active jobs, and build long-term client relationships across the DFW commercial market. The position offers high autonomy, strong support, and significant financial upside.
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (field-based; occasional day travel to Waco)
Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (typical earnings $200K–$400K+)
Minimum Requirements: 5+ years commercial roofing sales & estimating experience
Responsibilities
- Develop new reroofing business and manage existing accounts
- Build relationships with facilities teams, building owners, and consultants
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and manufacturer trainings
- Inspect roofs and recommend repair, waterproofing, or replacement solutions
- Prepare estimates using Edge Estimating Software
- Coordinate surveys and project execution with field teams
- Oversee projects from bid through closeout
- Meet monthly revenue and bidding targets
- Use HubSpot for prospecting and pipeline management
Requirements
- 5+ years estimating/selling commercial reroofing or service work
- Ability to produce $5M+ in annual reroofing/service sales
- Required: Edge Estimating Software experience
- Strong new-business development and project management skills
- Ability to evaluate roof conditions and recommend solutions
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Commission
- $100,000 - $140K base salary
- Uncapped commissions paid by milestone billing at 30%, 75%, 90%, and 100% completion
- Typical OTE is $200-300k, top performers do $300K–$400K+ annually
