Compensation: $64,000 – $86,000 base salary


Job Summary: We’re hiring a Logistics Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across global operations, with a focus on real estate analysis, lease evaluation, and distribution network optimization. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior logistics leaders to assess site performance, evaluate property investments, and recommend improvements to warehousing and supply chain efficiency. What You’ll Do

  • Analyze investment returns, costs, and benefits across new and existing distribution sites
  • Evaluate real estate opportunities and summarize lease agreements for operational and financial impact
  • Compile and interpret large datasets tied to transportation, warehouse operations, and market trends
  • Create financial models, reporting dashboards, and leadership-ready presentations
  • Support network optimization projects including site selection and facility placement
  • Monitor industry and regulatory changes that may impact logistics or real estate strategy
  • Collaborate with a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, real estate analysis, financial modeling, or market evaluation
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to build financial models and manipulate large datasets
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, warehouse operations, and distribution networks
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain data findings to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred


Preferred Experience

  • Prior roles supporting logistics or operations strategy
  • Understanding of global distribution networks and cost modeling
  • Project management exposure or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience interpreting commercial lease agreements or property documents
