You’ll be the face of a trusted, nationally recognized home improvement brand in your region—representing products that improve homes and lives. This role combines leadership, logistics, and hands-on event execution with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. If you’re an outgoing, self-directed manager who thrives in dynamic field environments and knows how to build a team that drives results—this is your next move.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5+ part-time brand ambassadors or event staff
  • Attend and manage events on weekends as needed (flex schedule provided)
  • Track KPIs and report team performance and lead outcomes
  • Oversee event setup, tear-down, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales and regional marketing leadership to align on goals
  • Maintain CRM and reporting tools (Excel proficiency required)
  • Ensure an exceptional consumer experience that represents the brand with integrity

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of field marketing, retail management, or event leadership experience
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends during event season
  • Strong people leadership skills—experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching field teams
  • Exceptional communication, presence, and a positive, persuasive personality
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to flex and pivot during live events
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

Preferred Experience

  • Background in event marketing, retail promotions, or consumer sales
  • Former bartenders, retail managers, wedding coordinators, or food & beverage professionals with leadership skills have thrived in this role
  • CRM experience and comfort working with reporting tools and event tracking platforms
  • Experience building team culture and fostering collaboration

What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
  • Bonus: 1% of total regional sales (top performers earn $2K–$7K/month in bonus)
  • Paid Training: On-site, virtual, and peer-mentorship training provided
  • Growth Potential: Career path into regional leadership, operations, or cross-functional teams
  • Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flex time off policy (no banking, unlimited PTO with KPI alignment)
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel
