Payroll Lead

Summary

Lead payroll operations and team, serving as expert for ADP and SuccessFactors. Reports to Finance Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities  

- Supervise payroll specialists (training, performance, workload).  

- Manage full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing.  

- Administer **ADP Workforce Now** and **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll** (config, upgrades, reporting).  

- Ensure compliance, garnishments, year-end (W-2/1099), audits.  

- Reconcile payroll, resolve issues, partner with HR/Finance/IT.  

- Drive projects, process improvements, KPI reporting.

Requirements

- 5+ years payroll experience; 2+ years supervisory.  

- Expert-level hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.  

- Multi-state U.S. payroll/tax knowledge; 500+ employees.  

- Advanced Excel.

Preferred

- CPP/FPC certification.  

- UKG/Kronos experience.  

- System implementation/migration projects.
