Hiring: Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) | Atlanta | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Salary: $120K + OTE | Permanent Role

Are you a customer-facing technologist who thrives in pre-sales, solution design, and SaaS environments? We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving product success and supporting enterprise sales.

About the Role

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll sit at the heart of Sales, Product, and Customer Success—helping prospects understand the true value of the solution through tailored demos, technical expertise, and consultative engagement.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and align solutions accordingly
  • Deliver impactful, customised product demonstrations
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Partner closely with Sales during the pre-sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Product teams on feature updates and feedback loops
  • Build strong relationships with IT decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to sales collateral and go-to-market messaging
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering / Technical Sales (SaaS)
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience in MDM/UEM is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
