DBA / SQL / Data Foundations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced DBA / SQL / Data Foundations Specialist to join our data engineering team and help design, build, and maintain robust, scalable database systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about database engineering, data modeling, and performance optimization across enterprise data platforms.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade databases and data foundations
• Perform database engineering activities including schema design, tuning, and optimization
• Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code for complex data processing
• Support and optimize Oracle and DB2 database environments
• Work with large-scale data platforms including Cloudera Hadoop
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models
• Ensure data integrity, availability, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and application teams

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle and DB2 databases
• Solid understanding of database engineering and schema design
• Proven data modeling capability (conceptual, logical, and physical models)
• Experience working with Cloudera Hadoop or large-scale data platforms
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills
