Solutions Architect – Finance Systems & SAP Transformation

Location: Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil (Onsite)

Role Engagement: 6-Month Contract (Pessoa Jurídica)

About the Role:

They are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to take ownership of the current technology landscape, ensure business continuity, and define a pragmatic roadmap for modernization.

This is a highly visible role working directly with senior business stakeholders, including the CFO, and requires someone who can operate as a hands-on architect while providing strategic technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and take ownership of the current application and finance systems landscape.
• Maintain and optimize critical business operations supporting approximately 3,000 invoices per month.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the organization's future SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Evaluate and improve existing internally developed applications and manual business processes.
• Drive systems integration initiatives across finance, invoicing, cash management, and operational platforms.
• Ensure solutions comply with Brazilian banking and financial regulatory requirements.
• Provide architectural leadership and practical recommendations for cost-effective technology investments.
• Support data management, reporting, and integration strategies across the enterprise.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Senior Systems Architect, or Technology Lead.
• Strong background in finance systems, accounting platforms, treasury, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cash management.
• Experience designing and integrating enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Strong data and systems integration experience.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps and leading modernization initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with executive stakeholders, including CFO-level leadership.
• Solid understanding of Brazilian financial services, banking regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting or preparing organizations for ERP transformation programs.
