Role: Dynamic CRM Techno function Consultant/ D365 Techno-functional Consultant

Location: Remote (India-based), Full Time Contract

Day Rate: INR 12,000 (including 10% TDS)

Duration: 12+ months (Urgent – Start within 2 weeks)

UK Working Hours only - 5 days a week

Must be available within 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

• Provide end-to-end support and ownership of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, acting as a key resource for business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage CRM development activities, configurations, customizations, workflows, and deployments across multiple server environments.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, including troubleshooting, enhancement delivery, and system optimization.
• Leverage strong functional knowledge to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support process improvements.
• Support CRM operations and upgrades for markets including Switzerland, Germany, France, and other countries that have undergone Dynamics CRM modernization or upgrade initiatives.
• Assist with upgrade and post-upgrade support activities for Benelux and Nordic regions, including backlog management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and maintain integrations between Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and Oracle CPQ, ensuring seamless data flow and business process alignment.
