Salary: $70,000-$90,000 base salary (depends on experience)

Summary of Responsibilities 


As our Construction Project Coordinator, you will own the preconstruction phase—from initial planning and design coordination through handoff to the production team. 

You’ll work directly with the owner, clients, designers, and trade partners to ensure every project is organized, defined, and set up for success before construction begins. 


What you’ll do 

 

  • Manage preconstruction from project award through handoff  
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during planning  
  • Coordinate with designers, vendors, and subcontractors  
  • Guide clients through selections and scope decisions  
  • Track budgets, timelines, and project details  
  • Handle procurement and material ordering  
  • Prepare permits and construction documentation  
  • Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule 

 

What We’re Looking For 

 

  • 1–3 years in construction, remodeling, or related experience  
  • Background as a carpenter, assistant PM, estimator, or similar is a plus  
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail  
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership  
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with clients  
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once  
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, project management tools) 

 

Compensation+Benefits 


  • Salary: $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience  
  • 10 days paid time off 
  • 6-8 holidays per year
