We are seeking a dynamic, detail-driven, and strategically minded leader to oversee Product Marketing, Education Development, and Field Enablement across rapidly expanding U.S. operations. This cross-functional role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical expertise, product knowledge, marketing alignment, and sales empowerment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural educator, and forward-thinking strategist who can extract knowledge from subject matter experts and convert it into exceptional resources, tools, and training.
This individual will play a critical role in ensuring teams—and the clinicians served—are equipped with the strongest product understanding, the most accurate materials, and the best training ecosystem in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge Development & Internal Education
- Extract, centralize, and translate core product expertise from internal subject matter experts into polished materials aligned with marketing strategies.
- Oversee and conduct onboarding training for new hires
- Assess field knowledge gaps and develop sharpened training pathways, refreshers, and resources to strengthen team competency.
- Build, implement, and maintain educational platforms (e.g., Trainual), including testing, assessments, and retention monitoring.
Sales Enablement & Tools Development
- Develop industry-leading sales tools such as product catalogs, workflow calculators, case reference guides, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure product catalogs and reference materials are always current, accurate, and aligned with new releases and global standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to understand needs, identify missing tools, and create resources that accelerate sales performance.
Marketing Content Management
- Act as Marketing Content Manager for product-related initiatives, coordinating with marketing, graphic design, events, and education teams.
- Manage all onboarding assets, trade show materials, sales collateral, clinical guides, and product reference documents.
- Support social media initiatives and drive traffic by coordinating product-focused content pipelines.
- Maintain alignment with international marketing and product divisions to ensure cohesive global messaging.
Cross-Functional Liaison – International Teams
- Serve as the primary liaison for product solutions, marketing assets, education materials, and product updates.
- Facilitate collaboration between U.S. Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions, and international Product & Marketing divisions.
- Ensure U.S. market needs are clearly communicated, supported, and aligned with global brand direction.
Public Speaking & Live Training
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, webinars, launch presentations, and field education programs.
- Represent the organization at internal meetings, national training events, and industry programs when needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of dental concepts, terminology, or clinical workflows.
- Experience with digital workflows, implantology, or full-arch dentistry.
- Prior sales experience or a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Experience building educational content, testing modules, or onboarding systems (e.g., Trainual, LMS platforms).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in the dental or medical device field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, clinical training, education, or sales enablement.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Must be based in Arizona and able to work full-time onsite.
- Ability to collaborate across departments with precision, organization, and follow-through.
