Company Overview:

A prominent global investment firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing Credit Operations group. This team supports a broad platform of private credit strategies, focusing on seamless execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across investment, finance, tax, and legal teams.

Role Summary:

This individual will play a key role in supporting multiple private credit strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic and infrastructure credit, and real estate credit. A particular focus will be on servicing insurance-related investment mandates. The role requires end-to-end oversight of deal execution, treasury activity, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders such as administrators, trustees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle operational execution of private credit investments, including KYC, account setup, FX, wire processing, and trade settlements.
  • Act as a liaison between investment teams and insurance clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate trade capture and position management across internal systems; uphold data integrity and compliance.
  • Oversee daily reconciliations for cash and positions, promptly addressing discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage liquidity to ensure funding timelines are met.
  • Deliver both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to internal stakeholders and institutional clients.
  • Partner with third-party administrators, tax professionals, and fund controllers to ensure operational continuity.
  • Support process automation, workflow enhancements, and system upgrades across operations.
  • Track and coordinate all corporate actions, amendments, and documentation related to portfolio activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within credit or alternative investments.
  • Familiarity with insurance or reinsurance structures is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of loan documentation, including credit agreements and amendments.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator and team player with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
