Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
📍 Location: Greenwich, CT - 4 Days Onsite (Hybrid)

A fast-paced, well-established firm is seeking an organized and eager-to-learn Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join the team. This hybrid role supports both accounting operations and general office administration, reporting directly to the Managing Partners and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Answer phones, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Provide day-to-day support to internal staff
- Help streamline office operations and support project tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Prior bookkeeping experience required
- Strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with payroll and HR support tasks a plus
- Must maintain discretion with confidential information
