Responsibilities:

+ Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement, cost optimisation, and increased efficiency.

+ Establish and maintain robust service delivery processes aligned with best practices such as ITIL.

+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to implement effective IT strategies.

+ Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

+ Continuously monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing

enhancement plans.

+ Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to an international team, fostering a culture of excellence and

collaboration.

+ Maintain excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.

+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, serving as an EMEA IT ambassador.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in leading IT service delivery teams within complex, international organisations.

+ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Proficiency in Windows and Mac environments.

+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timeframes.

+ Autonomous work ethic combined with the ability to collaborate within an international team.

+ Good understanding of at least three of the following skill sets: Windows, Mac, networking, scripting/automation,

A/V devices, and conference room systems.
