Are you a skilled Digital Account Manager with expertise in programmatic advertising? We're seeking a Digital Account Manager specialising in Programmatic to join a dynamic team. Reporting to the Programmatic Director, you'll play a pivotal role in managing campaign activities for clients in the arts, culture, & entertainment sectors.

Responsibilities:
+ Manage campaign activity within Google DV360 for clients.
+ Optimize campaigns for various objectives, from branding to sales.
+ Collaborate with other digital channels to ensure consistent targeting, approach, and reporting.
+ Deliver campaign reporting as per client requirements.
+ Uphold best practices in digital planning and activation.
+ Adapt campaigns and strategies based on client needs and sales patterns.
Qualifications:
+ 2-3 years' experience in display/programmatic advertising.
+ Hands-on experience with DSPs, preferably DV360.
+ Proficiency in ad servers, campaign performance tracking, and naming conventions.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Understanding of digital and programmatic industry trends.
+ Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
