Position Overview:

Our Direct Hire client is looking for a motivated Engineer-In-Training (EIT) with a focus on structural engineering to join our growing team. This role is ideal for aspiring structural engineers looking to apply their knowledge in both residential and commercial design projects, and to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of new structures and expansions using steel, concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and wood.
• Participate in inspections and analyses of existing structures.
• Contribute to the preparation of structural reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and project teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Ram, Risa, and STAAD.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude in structural engineering.
