Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role focuses on civil engineering projects, with a particular emphasis on wastewater management and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, with a focus on wastewater treatment and management.
• Utilize technical expertise in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Carlson Survey, Water CAD/GEMS, KY Pipe, and Microsoft Office.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling for water distribution systems and manage comprehensive data sets.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Engage in business development activities, fostering client relationships, and exploring new opportunities.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Over 10 years of professional engineering experience, with a focus on civil and wastewater engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development within the engineering sector.
• Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams.
