THE GIST:

Our client, two impressive UHNW principals, seek a Personal Assistant/House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their primary Seattle area residence & additional homes. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for a thoughtful, self-directed professional who takes pride in excellence, enjoys building strong long-term working relationships, and enjoys variety in their work - no two days are the same!


This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside two impressive executives/entrepreneurs and build a strong, long-term relationship with their family.



THE NITTY GRITTY: 

  • Oversee smooth daily household operations, longer-term projects, and unexpected emergencies
  • Act as the point person for household projects & repairs, work with outside vendors, and manage budget & timelines
  • Ensure fridge & pantry are stocked, oversee weekly grocery planning & shopping, and order catering for events
  • Assist with party & event planning, ranging from small intimate dinners to larger social gatherings
  • Coordinate upkeep of the home and grounds, including landscaping, lighting, pool, HVAC, AV/IT, and smart-home systems
  • Supervise housekeeper and provide backup cleaning support when needed (tidying up, putting out fresh towels, restocking bathroom, etc.)
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance (car washing, getting gas, vacuuming inside when needed)
  • Review and process household bills & invoices
  • Assist with packing & unpacking for trips
  • Remotely manage two other properties
  • Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed

 

THE ESSENTIALS: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or Personal Assistant
  • Experience working with UHNWIs highly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work outside traditional business hours when needed
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to anticipate the needs of others
  • Proactive and adaptive approach to issues & opportunities
  • Team-player mentality and ability to collaborate well within a team
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality 
  • Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Personable & professional communication style

LOCATION: Seattle, WA (Onsite - 4 days, 1 WFH)


 

COMPENSATION: $100,000-$115,000/yr base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
