About the Role

We are seeking a hunter-minded Sales Account Executive who thrives on opening new doors, driving outreach, and landing net new accounts within LAUSD and surrounding districts. This is a high-activity, high-impact role for someone passionate about transforming education through proven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and aggressively pursue key decision-makers across LA schools and districts. Prospect daily to build a robust pipeline of net new opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and position tailored intervention, SPED, tutoring, and ELL solutions that align to district goals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish credibility with principals, superintendents, CAOs, and district leaders through data-driven conversations and results-focused presentations.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of educational trends, competitor movements, and funding shifts to position offerings effectively.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity, prospect communications, and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing net new business in a solution-based sales environment (K-12 experience strongly preferred).
  • Confidence in navigating large public school systems like LAUSD.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with persistence and confidence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a relentless drive to win.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
