Title: Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate (On-Site)

Location: Irvine, CA 92618 - Local candidates only

Payrate: $20/hour + weekly pay + benefits

Duration: 6-month contract with excellent potential for permanent conversion or extension

Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3pm

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

  • Execute precision manufacturing operations under expert supervision ensuring product quality and safety
  • Follow detailed procedures and work instructions to complete critical production tasks with zero errors
  • Serve as an active contributor in your work area, supporting team objectives and daily goals
  • Perform comprehensive in-process and final quality inspections of components and finished products
  • Complete essential documentation accurately and timely following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Process goods receipt efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to appropriate departments
  • Operate forklifts and powered trucks safely to move materials throughout the facility
  • Utilize RF devices and advanced warehouse equipment to track inventory and manage logistics
  • Work confidently in diverse environments including hot and cold (refrigerated and freezer) warehouse areas
  • Maintain punctuality and meet critical processing times that impact global healthcare supply chains
  • Handle materials up to 50 lbs while maintaining safety standards and proper lifting techniques
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence standards


What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED with stable work history demonstrating excellent work ethics
  • 1+ years of hands-on warehouse experience handling materials with forklift operations
  • Proven experience using RF devices and other specialized warehouse equipment effectively
  • Demonstrated experience operating powered trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in standing, sitting, and walking positions for extended periods
  • Ability to work comfortably in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerated and freezer areas
  • Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and commitment to maintaining consistent work habits
  • Clean driving record with ability to safely operate forklift equipment
  • Positive attitude and excellent work ethics with commitment to error-free operations
  • Must successfully pass comprehensive background check and drug screening


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Current or previous forklift certification
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems
  • Background in inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Experience with quality inspection processes and documentation
  • Certification in warehouse safety or material handling
  • Understanding of temperature-sensitive product handling requirements
