Marketing Manager – Central Europe (Germany & Switzerland)

Location: Remote in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich (Remote role, with travel flexibility for events)

Duration: Contract 6+ Months

Payrate: EUR 4,585.00/ month


Language Requirement: Native-level German & Fluent English

Are you a results-driven marketing professional fluent in German and passionate about driving impactful regional campaigns? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping our presence across Germany and Switzerland—from building brand awareness to driving strategic demand generation initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Account & Regional Planning

  • Lead the marketing strategy and execution for two key strategic accounts in the region.
  • Support additional strategic account initiatives.
  • Own and execute the Swiss marketing plan in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Adapt and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, and events tailored for Germany and Switzerland.
  • Maintain and manage a regional marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery and performance.

Content, Communications & Digital

  • Help craft high-impact, German-language content for newsletters, social media, and promotions.
  • Execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with culturally nuanced messaging.
  • Optimize local SEO and contribute to the regional website experience.

Event Management

  • Coordinate and promote regional events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Lead logistical planning, on-site support, and lead capture at industry events.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on KPIs for all marketing activities in Germany.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify emerging opportunities.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 8+ years of experience in regional or localized B2B marketing.
  • Native-level German and fluent English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing and ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, Wrike, Tableau, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Excellent copywriting with a strong grasp of cultural nuance.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Confidence to engage and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in event planning & management.
  • Familiarity with CRM & marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze account insights and influence stakeholder strategy.
