Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking


A leading North American bank is continuing to invest in its Texas commercial banking platform and is hiring multiple Relationship Managers across experience levels.

This role suits commercially minded bankers who enjoy building relationships, being out with clients, and having the freedom to run their own book — with the backing of a strong platform behind them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Originate new commercial client relationships across multiple sectors
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients
  • Structure and negotiate lending, treasury and fee-based solutions
  • Work closely with underwriting, credit and product specialists
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers within your client base


What They’re Looking For

  • Proven business development experience in commercial or corporate banking
  • Strong relationship management and commercial judgement
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams
  • Experience working across different industries and ownership structures
  • Open to candidates at different seniority levels — from emerging RMs to experienced producers


Location

  • Dallas or Fort Worth
  • Candidates should be locally based and well-connected to their chosen market
