Summary:

Essentra is looking for a Custodian/ Housekeeper who will report to the Maintenance Manager. The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of all office spaces, restrooms, and break areas throughout the site, as well as any other assigned area that might require attention. The hours are 6am to 2pm.

Typical Accountabilities:

• Keep assigned areas clean.

• Restock all products for the restrooms and breakrooms.

• Keep up with all supplies needed to clean and restock areas.

• Communicate any opportunities for improvements to management.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow a set of specific written or verbal instructions.

• Ability to do repetitive work, stand for long period of time (sometimes 100%), lift up to 50 pounds on a regular, and perform physically demanding work, such as reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, grasping, twisting, and bending. Specific vision abilities which include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures; quality management systems; and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
