The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional support, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our services while exploring new solutions to meet their evolving needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business owners and C-level executives.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to identify opportunities for additional FVG solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize service offerings and address client needs effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic discussions with clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Track and report on client success metrics, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into FVG’s services.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years in client success, account management, or business development, preferably working with executives.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client pain points and provide effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and executive-level decision-making.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, analytics, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
