We are seeking a Construction Accounting Coordinator to support the financial operations behind high-end remodels and custom homes. This role ensures that invoices, job costs, and contractor documentation are accurate, organized, and processed on time. Candidates with construction accounting or job costing experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role
As a Construction Accounting Coordinator, you’ll support the financial side of active residential projects. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, Project Managers, trade contractors, and vendors, you’ll ensure invoices are accurate, job costs are tracked, and contractor compliance documentation is maintained. Your work keeps projects running smoothly and protects the company from financial and compliance risks.
