What we're looking for 

Our client, a performance-driven creative agency working at the intersection of motion design, AI, and direct response advertising, is seeking a User Acquisition Designer to create high-impact visuals that convert. This is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting paid media campaigns with bold, experimental creatives that blend native platform aesthetics with data-informed performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong design foundation, advanced motion and editing skills, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries through AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate user acquisition ads using AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, etc.), with a focus on visual experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Edit and composite motion content in tools like After Effects, CapCut, or equivalents.
• Develop static and interactive creatives in Figma, tailored for high-performing ad placements.
• Pitch, justify, and evolve creative concepts based on performance data and cross-functional feedback.
• Contribute to scalable workflows and creative pipelines by integrating automation tools and exploring new platforms.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects, CapCut, and Figma.
• Strong motion design portfolio with proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and creative experimentation.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for internet culture, new media, and design trends.

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like ComfyUI, Weavy, FloraFauna, or n8n.
• Background in fast-paced environments such as agencies, startups, or studios.
• Skills in adjacent disciplines like illustration, sound design, or generative design.
• Familiarity with scalable creative systems or automated design workflows.
