What we're looking for 

Our client, a digital growth agency focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses scale through paid social, search, and email/SMS marketing, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns. This role is essential for turning strategy into live campaigns, maintaining strong creative execution, and ensuring performance stays on track. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of media buyers, creative strategists, and designers, all aligned on growth.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Translate strategy, budgets, and creative direction into structured campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative strategists and designers to produce compelling, platform-optimized ad content.
• QA ads for proper copy, URLs, and asset formatting across placements.
• Monitor campaign performance and request creative updates aligned with calendar needs.
• Assist Growth Leads by providing performance insights and responding to client-facing questions internally.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing Meta campaigns or a strong foundation in paid social advertising.
• High attention to detail, especially when loading and reviewing multiple assets and placements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving team environment.
• Proactive attitude and curiosity about why things perform and how to improve them.
• Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager and navigating basic ad performance metrics.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to platforms like TikTok or Snapchat.
• Familiarity with creative collaboration processes.
• Interest in small business growth and performance marketing principles.
