What we're looking for 

Our client, a fast-growing creative agency serving top DTC brands and performance marketing agencies, is seeking an Account Executive to manage inbound sales and drive new business. This role is essential for converting warm leads into long-term clients by running high-impact demo calls, building relationships, and closing deals efficiently. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who understands creative services, thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle, and brings energy and precision to every interaction.


Responsibilities

  • Run high-converting demo calls with inbound and referral leads.
  • Own the entire follow-up process with tailored, human messaging.
  • Close new clients and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy, pitch, and targeting.
  • Consistently improve close rate, deal velocity, and client experience.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in creative services, SaaS, or B2B services. 
  • Strong communicator with the ability to sell with confidence, clarity, and adaptability. 
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline and running back-to-back demos. 
  • Fluent or native English speaker with a professional, client-ready presence. 
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, GSuite, LinkedIn, and CRM best practices.
  • Must be available to work Eastern or Central Time hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to DTC brands or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with design or video services.
  • Experience working in remote teams across time zones.
