What we're looking for
Our client, a science-led fitness brand offering low-impact, high-performance workouts, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the strategy and execution of retention programs that deepen member engagement and drive long-term value. This role is essential for managing lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and push channels, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and CRM partners to ensure personalized, data-driven communications that align with the brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, focusing on engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Build and optimize automated journeys that guide customers through onboarding, education, reactivation, and loyalty moments.
- Use behavioral data and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, dynamic content that aligns with user intent and stage.
- Conduct A/B tests and QA campaign components to ensure accuracy, performance, and flawless execution.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, offering actionable insights to improve engagement and reduce churn.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention-focused roles within a DTC E-Commerce or subscription business.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, with hands-on experience managing automated flows and campaign builds.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
- Clear communication and comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with push notification platforms or in-app messaging tools.
- Experience working alongside product or UX teams to align messaging with digital experiences.
- Previous collaboration with creative or retention-focused agencies.
