What we're looking for 

Our US client, a long-standing leader in professional portrait photography, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support internal and external marketing initiatives across digital platforms, events, and content. This role is essential for keeping marketing operations organized and effective, from scheduling posts to supporting coferences. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced in marketing coordination for creative or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media content using Sendible.
• Set up and manage newsletters through Mailchimp.
• Update website content and blog posts via WordPress.
• Assist with administrative tasks for conference and sponsored events.
• Create marketing materials using Canva and maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics across social and web.

Requirements

• Experience in US-based marketing or creative agencies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media scheduling tools.
• Solid copywriting and content coordination skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• Community management experience: responding to comments, mentions, and DMs.

Nice to Have

• Experience running paid Meta campaigns.
• Comfort working across teams and supporting admin tasks when needed.
• Interest in performance analysis and process improvements.
