What we're looking for 

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company helping e-commerce brands boost revenue through high-converting pop-ups, is looking for a Graphic Designer and Onboarding Specialist. This hybrid role plays a key part in welcoming new clients, guiding them through their first steps on the platform, and delivering creative that drives results. You’ll be combining great design skills with strong communication and a client-first mindset to make sure each account starts off on the right foot. 

Please note: This is a full-time position requiring 60 hours per week. Candidates should only apply if they’re fully available and comfortable with that level of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls with new clients to understand their brand, goals, and creative needs.
• Create custom pop-up designs using Figma and the company’s in-house editor.
• Present creative to clients, implement feedback quickly, and make sure the final assets are clean, polished, and on-brand.
• Stay in touch with clients throughout onboarding, answering questions, organizing next steps, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Work with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and keep quality standards high.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally with SaaS or e-commerce companies.
• Experience in a client-facing role. 
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong sense of visual design that balances aesthetics with performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and keeping things organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to take ownership of your work.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of CSS or front-end development.
• Familiarity with conversion design or direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands.
