An established international organization in manufacturing is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead finance operations. This high-impact role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and offers exposure to global leadership, operational finance, and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, and forecasting across multiple entities
• Manage monthly/annual close, reconciliations, cash flow, and external audits
• Provide leadership and development for accounting teams across three countries
• Drive automation and process improvement across finance systems and controls
• Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with executive leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong ERP knowledge (D365 a plus), Excel, and data analysis skills
• Leadership in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
